I moved to different country and now I can’t set up my Google Nest

I moved from UK to eastern Europe and I can’t connect, Google Nest can’t find my wifi. I can find the device but as soon as I try to connect nothing happens, factory restart was made as instructed and still nothing. Can this be because of a different country? or wifi?

• Is your Google Wifi broadcasting the setup SSID?
