Hello, I recently upgraded my Internet speeds to 2 Gig and the tech said I needed to update the protocol. Well I just factory reset the router and I am not getting the 2 Gig speeds. The speed test it shows above 900Mbps speed, which was the speed when I had 1Gbps. The tech showed me that 2Gbps was being fed into the house. Is there some button or setting I'm supposed select to help? Not sure what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @FilipinoGamer
The Ethernet ports on the Nest WiFi Pro support only 1Gbps, not "multi-gig" (2.5Gbps, 5Gbps, or 10Gbps). If you need more than 1Gbps, you will need to find another router solution.
