MAD Google Nest

I am so mad i can't even see straight right now.  I have now spent 3 hours and 5 different people on the phone, to get a Google nest set up.

I have T Mobile gateway for my internet, I just bought the Google nest so I could have better (extended Wi-Fi), per T Mobile this is the only item that I can use.   

Google nest people are saying that the Gateway has a private IP address and T Mobile is saying that they don't have private IP address, so when I try to get the two companies to talk to each other Google hangs up and says it's not their issue.   T Mobile is saying there is nothing they can do for me Google has to set up their product.   

 

I'm lost and mad I would like to know how I can get a hold of customer service for Google to let them know how rude and un helpful they have been and how do I set up their product.

Hi Kim8,

 

When you spoke with support did they give you a case ID number? If so, can you share that here so that I can look up your interactions so far? Did you call the customer service line and speak with someone at Google directly? Can you tell me what's happening during setup? Is it giving you any errors, or will it just not work despite saying things are online?

Hello Jeff 

No they did not give me a case number.  Yes I called the customer service (or I should say i put my number in and they called me back), it was Google directly.  

For the set up I think went fine,  it just won't go online with anything.  No errors.
