Message on TV: J7T2: Can't connect to Wi Fi. We have Spectrum Cable, NOT Chromecast

We have Spectrum cable TV. The TV in the living room works fine.  However, a message on the TV in bedroom says: "J7T2 Can't connect to Wi-Fi. Make sure your network name and password are correct.  We DON"T have Chromecast. We have Spectrum but the TV won't connect to cable box.

You are correct. Thank you. I solved the problem which was the wrong input. HDMI II rather than HDMI I.

This does not sound like a Nest Wifi related question, so ask Spectrum?

I don't work for Google.
