My one Nest unit is a brick

AnthonyO

Hi guys

I have a nest network with 4 units active and working nicely. One of the units in the pack can’t however be found using the Home App.

It’s visible on the WiFi network, but I can’t connect since it wants a password. Home just does not see it, no matter what I do. Did reset, followed some forums but from what I can see it’s a brick out of the box.

It flashes white below to show its ready, but nothing. Is there any other way to access it except via the Home App? Else I fear I’m screwed…

Thanks for the advise!

"Continue without scanning" then enter the code under it does not work either?

Have you tried from a different phone or tablet using the Google Home app and the same Google account?
