We have Google fiber into the house plus A Google wifi router. I am trying to add the wifi point in another part of the house. It says it can’t connect to the current network because we have an OnHub which we do not. The set up fails here. Any suggestions? Very frustrating. No instructions or trouble shooting with add on point.

Set up guide, which also includes adding additional points:
You've probably tried it already, but try to reboot your network. Can be done from the Google Home app:
Last resort would be to factory reset the existing device and set it up from scratch. If you use the same nework name (SSID) and password, devices will reconnect automatically. Maybe this will fix the goof that the Google Home app mistakes the Google Nest router for an onhub device. I've had this happen to me previously as well, but I think it fixed itself eventually.
