Hi,
I recently changed ISPs and factory reset my Nest WiFi system to connect to the new ISP. I purchased a nest wifi 3 pack with 1 router and two points in 2021 and it has been working perfectly during this time with my previous ISP.
When I factory reset and went throught the setup process, I successfully connected the Nest Router and have a stable wifi connection from the router.
When I go to connect the wifi mesh points - they initially are recognised and connect. But they get stuck at the stage "adding point to your wifi network" indefinitely. If I cancel this process and try again, the point(s) are no longer able to be found until I factory reset them. I have tried power cycling all units (including router) and factory resetting points. I have also moved the points for the initial connection process so they are directly next to the router and still nothing.
Please help, this is becoming very frustrating.
Thanks,
Mitch

I'm having the same problem after moving house, factory reset WiFi point multiple times but after connecting to WiFi then point fails to join the mesh network...

Same problem here. Hvad changed to a new network. My 2 routes connected correctly, my 2 acess points says they are not supported in my country, even though i have used them for years.

Hi @MitchellHodge,
Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear you're having some inconveniences adding your points to the Google Home app after changing ISPs. I'm here to help.
To figure out what's going on, please provide the following information:
Since you changed your ISP, a tip I can give you is to create a new home in the Google Home app to set it up with the new network, and then add the devices to the new home.
Let me know if you have more questions.
Regards,
Anders
