I have power cycled the Nest WiFi network. All points show great connection, but still super slow speeds on devices.

Hi, Steve.

Thanks for reaching out to the community. I'm sorry for the issues you're having with download speeds. I know that can be frustrating. Let's see what we can do to clear that up.

I see you checked your mesh connection and your points are showing good results. That's eliminates the issue of placement for your points. Can you take a look at your device list to see if you have any devices set as a priority device?

If you do have any devices set, go ahead and try removing them as priority. On the other hand, if you don't have any devices set as priority, can you set one up as priority and then test the download speed on that specific device?

Let me know if that changes anything for you and then we can continue to troubleshoot things. I look forward to hearing back from you. Thanks.
