I have a 3 point Nest Mesh network. I am trying to add a Lenovo smart clock using the Google home ap.
I get the following message.
Your Lenovo CD-4N341Y was setup successfully but can't be found blah blah blah.
Turn Off AP isolation.
How do you do that on this Google Nest Mesh?
I have enabled UPnP.
Thanks for any help this is bloody infuriating.

There is no AP isolation on Nest Wifi, neither on the primary or the guest network. Make sure you are connected to the same network name (SSID) as the one you are trying to connect the Lenovo smart clock to.

Thanks for the reply.
I am definitely connected to the same SSID when trying to configure this device. After Google Home finds the device, It then asks what nework to attach to. I tell it to attach to the same network that my Google Home Ap is using and I get the error That I need to Turn off AP isolation.
I have reset the Lenovo device to its factory settings and tried repeatedly to get it to talk. I have rebooted the Router I use to connect to my DSL line. I have rebooted the Nest Mesh. All resulting in getting the same "Turn Off AP isolation" message.
Any other thoughts would be greatly appreciated

I have no other ideas than checking if the IoT device (Lenovo clock) requires your setup device (phone) to be on the same band (2.4ghz) during setup. A common problem with poorly designed IoT devices.

@Stumbleinn, I wanted to follow up and see if you are still in need of any help. Please let me know if you are still having any concerns or questions from here, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.
Also, have you confirmed with Lenovo if their device requires your setup device (phone) to be on the same band (2.4ghz) during setup?
Thanks,
Mel
