Nest Wifi Points

I just received my nest wifi pro routers a day I have set them up. So far so good. But I have 2 nest wifi points, that I heard you could use just like Google minis, which I want to do. How do you do this, when I try to set them up, I get an incompatible  with wifi pro and then it kicks me out, and I try to go I to the device in the home app and it just kicks me out. No speakers features are working

Previous model Nest WiFi points are not compatible with the new Nest WiFi Pros.

Hi @jjimerson2

I am afraid @faz1964 is correct about this.
Check out THIS link for the information.

Again I don't want to use them as routers the nest wifi points are google assistants and speakers as well, I want to use them as google minis essentially, and was told in another forum that you could use them as stand alone speakers

I thought it was fairly clear that these devices do not have any speakers and are purely WiFi mesh devices

Again what I said in my 1st reply.
