Nest stuck on solid yellow

Basically my brother used my google nest router and wifi point for a few months. When I got it back I made sure he reset and deleted all the settings from his account on the app and I also reset the router by holding the button for 10 seconds until it went from blinking yellow to solid yellow. Basically now it’s stuck at a solid yellow light and I’m getting really frustrated. I have it plugged into the wall and I have an Ethernet cable plugged into the internet port from my home router. It’s worked before and I don’t understand why it’s stuck at a solid yellow now. I’ve tried multiple times to reset it and each time I never get a solid white or blinking white light. If anyone can please help I’d really appreciate it. Thank you

According to this guide (bellow), solid yellow means that it is factory resetting. It can take up to 10 minutes. How long have you waited before pulling it's power cord?
