Nest wifi router replacement

Stole from a previous thread, but same problem:

I got an email from # saying my router has an issue and can be replaced for free.

It is great that google noticed this issue and tried to fix it, but the problem is the link to "this form" doesn't work, it only opens the nest support homepage. so I cannot request the replacement.

With these emails it's always best to contact support if the form is not working. They can verify the email for you and direct you through the form if needed. You can speak with them either by chat or by phone. Here's where you'll contact support: https://bit.ly/3o1aRK5.
