New router

I have replaced my router but when I go into home app to set up it just keeps saying I am off line

Sorry for the issues you're having setting up your router. That sounds like a really frustrating situation. Let's get this figured out for you. To narrow it down, I do have a few questions that will help us out.

  • Is this a new router, or did you buy it secondhand?
  • Are you setting this up using an Android or an iOS device?
  • You mentioned it says you're offline, but is there any actual online connection, or is it truly offline?
  • Was setup able to complete, or does it fail before completion?

If you can give me a few more details, we can figure out what's happening here and sort this out. I look forward to working with you on this.
