No internet connection. All 4 mesh test good, have solid light blue lights. All worked good for the first few months, then a big storm came and system died. Have reset modem/router many times.
If you plug a device in via ethernet straight from your modem (before the router), does it receive a signal? For example, can you plug a laptop into the modem and see if it gets online? I would like to try and figure out if the issue is at the modem or behind it.
