I'm so disgusted right now that you guys can't be available for your consumers. I bought your whole system and I'm not able to reach a live person to be able to fix my issues, is bull**bleep**. All the numbers that you have are not active. And there's no way to talk to an actual person when it comes to the problems that your equipment causes You need to be more available for your consumers. It's unacceptable

You can try the following steps to get a callback from Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team (you'll have to use Facebook or X for the chat), depending on availability in your country.
