Not able to connect wifi point

I have reset my nest wifi router and wifi points to factory setting. When I tried to reconnect, both my wifi points show the following error message: The operation couldn't be completed. (kGSKErrorDomain error -83902.)

I've been using the wifi router and points with no issues for the last few years with no issues. I reset them using the Google Home app on my iphone. I tried a few suggestions but still couldn't resolve this issue.

To get a better understanding of the situation, please help me out by answering the following questions:

  • When did the issue start?
  • What is the LED status light on your Nest WiFi Point?
  • Have you seen this kGSKErrorDomain error -83902 before in the Google Home app?
  • Did you try to reset the WiFi points manually (disconnecting the power outlet)?
  • Who is your Internet Service Provider?
  • Did you try to set up the Nest WiFi points on another device?

Any additional details you can provide will be helpful.
