Thanks for posting to the community. I would love to help you out with your frustrations.
 
Before I can offer some help, I do need to know a bit more.
  • Are you looking to connect your TV to your WiFi network, or is it the Home app?
  • Do you currently use a Nest WiFi setup?
  • Do you have any other devices that aren't connecting with your Home app or the WiFi network?
  • Was your TV connected before, or has it never been able to connect?
