Not getting full speed from on Google Wifi

I'm having the following issue -  I am not getting 100% of my speed from the internet provider. My connection is 1GB up and down. From the Fiber Modem, I see the incoming connection is accurate, but when I speed test on the home app, I get 24 MB Down and 150MB up. What can I do to at least get a speed close to what the modem is providing for Google Wi-fi? I have started a support ticket (4-8706000038030) with support and nothing has helped.

I'm having the same problem. There is an older post back in 2021 that said they know about the issue and were working on a fix. I'm curious to see if they've fixed the issue with a firmware update. I have 400 up/down, but also have speed tests around 150. Network setup is Google Nest Wifi plugs into a gigabit switch to give dhcp to hardwired clients and then the wan connects directly to the xfinity router. Then I have two of the google mesh devices. Speed tests are done right next to the main nest wifi router. Using wifi from the xfinity router gives me over the 400 Mbps speeds.
