Pods constantly losing connection since update

The mesh system keeps dropping connections and internet. I've had them for over a year now and the locations haven't been a problem until now. I have unplugged them and plugged them back in to only work sporadically.

Same here. Mesh went from "great connection" to "weak" every few hours since about 2 to 3 weeks ago. Worked fine for the past several months before that.

Been having a similar problem.

Ditto!  We know it isn't our ISP because we have a home office that is hard-wired to the ISP's modem and hasn't had a single issue.  Is there a solution?  I am resetting the network at least once a day and now some devices are refusing to stay connected to the mesh.

Same here.  My internet keeps randomly dropping.  I thought it was my cable modem, but after testing found my modem was working fine.  Sometimes just my pods stop connection, other times the whole system.  It is so random and very annoying.  I work from home and have many live online meetings.  I cannot put up with this much longer.  When the system works it is great, so I hate to have to switch to a new/different system.

I believe that this is a known issue and Google is looking into a fix.  This was posted this morning from a Community Specialist here:

Hey, nickp001.

Sorry for the issues you're having with your network performance being shaky. I know that's frustrating. As MichaelP mentioned, this isn't currently a feature that's supported to have your network automatically restart. The network performance decrease over time is actually an issue that's being looked into internally and I'm hoping to have news on a fix or workaround soon. I'll share more as I have it.

Thanks

This is really interesting because when I was stuck in the support chat from h3ll "David" said, "We cannot say it's an issue for everyone. Just mind your own issue." and he refused to help me unless I went around the house and moved each point to no more than 15ft apart and followed every stupid suggestion he made.  I kept telling him that nothing in the environment has changed and the setup has worked fine as is over a year.... but he claimed the problem was mine alone.
