Hi there,
During the night I noticed I couldn’t connect to my child’s Snoo application - upon looking further it seems to be an issue with the Google home app or router. My router and points all seem to be connected and show a white light, however when I go to the Google home app it shows that my router is offline. The internet seemingly works fine but I cannot speed test, mesh test and my cameras all say offline. I also have no functionality in the app - I can’t enter my password without it timing out, and I can’t play with settings.
Any ideas?
