Samsung smart switch

I keep getting an error telling me to disable Samsung smart switch in setting when trying to add an additional WiFi point to Google wifi. I don't have the smart switch app installed, so I'm confused why I'm getting this error. I have different to install this on a different phone but get the same error.

Hey Markpm91,

Are you getting this error within the Google Home app, or are you seeing it as a general Android notification? Have you added the smart switch as a device in the Home app?

Thanks,
Jeff

Hello Markpm91,

Thanks for the update. Give these steps a try:

Turn on your Wi-Fi and mobile data on your Samsung phone.
Go to your phone’s settings then tap the Wi-Fi menu.
Press the MENU key then Select the Advanced item.
Uncheck the Auto network switch option to disable.
After that, try setting up your Google Wifi point using your Google Home app again.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Abi
