I am on a CenturyLink 1 gbps residential fibre internet connection. My main internet connection goes directly into my main Nest Wifi point. The LAN connection goes into a GBE switch which powers the wired backbone in my house. So all wired devices can leverage the Nest QoS, security settings for kids etc. as the wifi. I think have an additional Nest Wifi connected via the wired backbone as well as 2x legacy Google Wifi routers.
Over time it seems like the network slows down to double and then single digit MBPS stats, based on speedtest.net on various devices. If however I run a speed test on the Google Home App (or reboot the network), then the speed tests return to triple digits (depending on the type of connection and device).
Is there any way to create a more permanent solution, e.g. the ability to schedule a network reset at 4am every day etc. ?
