Startup Nest Wi-Fi Network

I set up 3 Nest Wi-Fi devices for a Home Network.  Showing on “Network, Points” page:

NEST WI-FI ROUTER: 1 nest

NEST WI-FI POINTS:  two (2) Nest Wi-Fi Routers Great Connection;  and, one (1) Nest Wi-Fi Router Offline.  That adds up to 4 total Nests, whereas I only have 3 Nests. 

The TEST MESH fails.  What do I need to do?

Sounds like you've gotten into a right mess.  I'd suggest doing a factory reset on the points, leaving them not set up.  Then factory reset the router and set that up again.  Once it's set up you should only see that under "Network - Points".  Then add your first point, get it working, then your 2nd.
