Throttle bandwidth of the Guest Network

It's great that you give us the option to segregate certain devices from the primary network by setting up a Guest Network. But please add the ability to throttle the Guest Network so they don't use so much bandwidth that it impacts the primary network. I know you can't do anything on a per device level, but surely something can be done at the network level!
