I'm unable to turn off UPnP in the Home App for my Nest Wifi Pro. If I toggle it off in the Advanced Network Settings and then exit that page, once I return to that page, the UPnP has toggled back on again. Any help is appreciated.

Have you tried to restart the network from the Google Home app, then turn off UPnP when it gets back online?
Tried the Google Home app from a different iOS, iPadOS or Android device?
Else factory reset and set up from scratch (reuse Wi-Fi SSID and password) will probably do it.
I've escalated the thread in hope of Google reps providing a less extreme workaround than factory reset.

Hi Olavrb, thanks for responding.
I just tried restarting the network and it didn't work.
Unfortunately, I don't have another device I can try with the Google Home app. I'm currently using a Galaxy S21 Ultra.
I don't want to factory reset for the time being. The thought is not very appealing as there are so many things to reconfigure but in the end it may be my only option.
I appreciate you escalating this. If you hear back, can you please let me know?

Hi Abigail,
Thanks for reaching out. Yes, Cloud Services is enabled in Google Home. I've attached a screenshot of both the UPnP toggle and Cloud Services. I hope you can help. I'm a bit worried about security.
