Unable to pair mobile device

I’m unable to pair my mobile device with nest. Under settings, when I click on audio for pairing I receive the following error message: These settings are unavailable right now. Check your Wi-Fi connection. Help

To better assist you, please answer the following questions:

  • What Google Nest device do you have?

  • Are you attempting to connect your Google Nest device to the same Wi-Fi network as your mobile device?

  • What is the model of your mobile device?

  • Are you getting any error codes?

With this information, I will be able to provide you with troubleshooting steps.
