I have tried to call someone 2 days in a row to get help with my Nest. It has lost the Wi-Fi connection. I have reset my router, reset the Nest with no luck. It just searches and never finds my network. This Nest is new by the way. So how can I find someone to help me or get a refund or a new if this one is failed? Thank you.

What Nest device are you having problems with? It does not sound like a "Nest Wifi" device? Nest Hub, Nest Doorbell, Nest Protect.. there are many Nest devices. 🙂
