I put in a ticket with support for my Wifi access points simultaneously disconnecting last week and haven't heard anything from the support team. @AbigailF , you confirmed that you got the form. Can you look at the history on the ticket and see if there has been any progress made or if they have attempted to contact me.

I wouldn't hold your breath. Been having the same issues. Did everything Google support suggested. Pods are still a) disconnecting (blinking yellow light) -> b) light returns to solid white, but none of my home WiFi devices are connecting to them (and the Google Home App shows nothing wrong).

A few questions: what's the LED status of your Wifi device? Were there any recent changes before the issue started? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
Do a 2-minute power cycle on your entire network. If that did not resolve the issue, factory reset your Google Wifi device and reconfigure it as a new device.
