Wifi point stuck in reset mode

Bought the 3 pack of Wifi points. Two are working and the other turned solid blue. Tried the factory reset by holding the reset button, plugging in the power, and waiting until it’s flashing blue. It flashes blue indefinitely. When I unplug and plug back in, it’s solid blue indefinitely.

How long have you tried to wait? It can take up to 10 minutes, the guidance says.

I let it blink for 10 hours.

If it's the Google Wifi gen 1 you got, then pulsing blue means it's ready for adoption, according to the first link I sent.

I appreciate your help. But it’s not the pulsing blue, it’s a fast flash. It will not connect.

Don't know what flashing blue indicates, so I escalated the issue.
