Nest point needs activation?

Have a nest wifi that setup fine; however, when I followed steps to connect a nest point, it says the device has to be activated. What am I doing wrong?

Wifi mesh point dropping connection randomly.

The past few months we have noticed points randomly going offline. Recently it appears all 5 of my points are dropping to the extent we have no wifi at all. Extremely annoying and don't see any firmware support based on the comments enclosed.

Goggle Wi-Fi
