I have been trying to get my NBN that was installed last week working. I have google home app but as soon as the device is connected I receive message "Problem conning to cloud. Try again later" I have had numerous calls to ISP followed by calls from wificare. The problem persists. I am still not connected and therefore have no wifi.
I think someone may have tried to call me today but I missed the call. I am still waiting for a call back. It has been 3 hours now and I really need to get this resolved. In total I have already spent 7.5 hours trying to get my wifi connected.

How have you connected it all? Ports, cables and boxes, all the way from the modem to the Nest Wifi router.
