After several attempts to configure a new device at the end of the configuration when trying to connect to my network fails

I understand the frustration of encountering difficulties during the setup process for your new device. I appreciate your effort. To help me resolve this issue effectively, please provide the following information:

  1. Please specify the type of device you're trying to connect (e.g., Google WiFi, Nest WiFi, Nest WiFi Pro), or any other Google device. 
  2. Are you using Wi-Fi or Ethernet for the device's connection?
  3. If you're receiving any specific error messages, please share them with me.

In the meantime, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart Your Device: Power cycle the device by turning it off and on again.
  • Check the Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection.
  • Forget and Re-add Network: Forget the Wi-Fi network on the device and re-add it during the setup process.
