connectivity dropping several times an hour

All - I would appreciate the community’s help here as I’m lost on options… 

My Nest WiFi keeps drops connectivity multiple times in a day.

I've confirmed this isn't due to my internet service provider, we got a brand new modem, and this is greatly affecting my work. 

I’m considering switching to another device because this has been so frustrating and disruptive, to the point that I might need to get an office outside of my home in order to have regular connectivity. Can someone please help me?

In order to gather further details and determine the optimal resolution, please answer the following questions:

  • What model of Nest Wifi are you using? To identify the device, refer to this article: What Google Nest Wifi device do I have?
  • Do you use a modem and router combo?
  • What’s the color of the light on the parent point? Does the device LED switch from orange to teal (or white) continuously?
  • How far is the device from the primary point?
  • Is there a switch on the network?
  • How far are the Wifi points from each other?
