I have 1 router and 2 wifi points. I was on holiday and one of the points was powered off, so it has been off for a week. Now it will not power up at all. I've tried switch the power supply from the other point, but still no joy. I've tried holding down the restart bottom on the base of the unit and I've tried restarting from the google home app. All of which has failed. It seems the unit is dead. I've only had it 18months. Can anyone suggest a fix?

Sorry for the issues you're having with your device not powering up. I imagine that's quite frustrating.
