My kid has always been able to unlock the settings. Anyway for a secure lock?

Anyone you add to your home has the same level of access as you as the owner, and can even remove you from the home. If a conversation about this with your kid doesn't prove fruitful, you either need to remove them from the home, or you could create a new home structure just for the Wi-Fi devices as a workaround, and not add your kid to that home structure, so only you have access.

I am the only one having access to this. I have even recreated the whole settings using another email but yet it doesn't works. Seems like the security is so weak.

In the Google Home app, in the home structure where you've setup your Wifi devices, if you go to Settings, you'll see a list of photos of home members underneath your home name, tap that. You're saying only your account is listed on this screen and nobody else?

Confirm there is only 1 person as 'Manager' under this setting
