I keep getting this "Something went wrong. Please ensure you are connected to the internet and try again." error message everytime I setup the first point of this 3 wifi points. I connect the ethernet directly to my modem then use my android phone wifi to set the point. I already deleted the Home as well as reinstalled the google Home app but still same result. Thank you for your help.

Are you able to setup any of the Wifi points as the primary Wifi point?
Are you setting these up for the first time or have they been setup before previously?
You may already have tried some of these steps but I'll link to them in full:

Thank you for your help, David_K.
1) The first wifi point i am setting up is directly connected to my new modem with an ethernet. I am not able to connect primary wifi point, the 2nd or 3rd wifi points (I tried this individually).
2) No, I set this up previously and it was working great. I have a new modem when I switched to Comcast.
3) After scanning the qr code of the primary wif point, it tells me "Looks like you already have a Google Wifi. You can create a new Wifi-Network or add your Nest Wifi router to an existing one (Vincent Family)"
(i suspect it did not completely delete or reset bec it still sees my previous data)

Yeah, that is exactly your problem it sounds like. If you've changed ISP, you need to factory reset all of your Wifi points.
Factory reset your Wifi device - Google Nest Help
Scroll down, select “My device isn’t available in the Google Home app”, then select the model you have to see the reset steps. Be aware it can take up to 10 minutes for the reset process to complete. Once reset, you can retry setup.
