How are you doing? It seems with the link you sent us, you're having a slow speed concern, right? Help me get to the bottom of this. Kindly answer these questions.

 

  1. Are you using a modem/router combo from your Internet service provider (ISP)?
  2. Which Google/Nest router are we working with?
  3. What device are you using to set up your network (iOS or Android)?
  4. Do you have the Internet on your modem?
  5. What's the speed that you're getting?
  6. What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
