"Unable to join setup network"

Just purchased another Wifi point and followed all the instructions here to set it up with no luck. Literally I've followed every option I found on this forum. It always fails at the point when the iPhone says "Connecting to network" and I get the message "unable to join the network 'setup..."

Since you seem to be using an iOS device for the setup check the following:

If that makes no difference try the Google Home app with the same Google account from a different iOS or Android device.

Thanks so much. Unfortunately, I had already seem that page and followed all the directions - also tried your suggestion about a different IOS device. All with no luck .
