So I have had a good GEN-1 mesh with brodge + 2 points. Now points are disconnecting. Nothing moved, changed, or whatever. I am constantly re-starting points, hib, and devices to work for the next 12 hours.
I cannot diagnose individual units. These are supposed to be devices like forks, no work involved to use.
Have wasted much time. This is unacceptable. No elog from devices which I know exists but I cannot access. If I could see the elogs, I might know why we are having problems.
Will try set-up a secondary single router (non mesxh) to make up for this. Will see what happens.
Wasting time and unhappy. Good luck folks. Will try factory reset.

Hi nestMeshDropsRe,
Thanks for reaching out to our community.
It can be disruptive if your Google WiFi points are going offline, but don't worry, let's see what's going on to get them working again.
I think the best course of action would be to perform some restarts on your devices alongside the factory reset you planned to perform. I suggest to:
Now that you've performed a factory reset and the restart, you can check the connection on the points that appear offline in the app by using an Ethernet cable and connecting it to a device such as a laptop.
Make sure the point is within 20 to 25 feet from the router, and let me know if you were able to get an internet connection from it via Ethernet. This will help us rule out what's causing this to happen.
Let me know how it goes,
Regards,
Angel.
