I am stumped with one wifi nest point that stubbornly won't move from offline. Have tried to reset the modem and Google router, moved the point to within 10 feet of the router in case there was a distance problem, etc. but it continues to show a solid blue color and indication of "offline". Any suggestions how to fix this?

If it's the Google Wifi we're talking about here, solid blue means it's factory resetting itself, and that it can take up to 10 minutes to finish.
What specific device are we talking about here?
How long have you waited before pulling its power chord?

It's a Google WiFi point that was bought in a 3-pc set. I've had it plugged in for hours without any change in the color - solid blue.

Hi folks,
@olavrb, thanks for the help!
@rbmonnat, thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with one of your points. I'd love to know more about this. Does the light of the point change when you hold down the reset button for 10 seconds?
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks,
Edward

Thanks Edward for reaching out. I have tried the reset button and waited for the point to reset, which it appears to be doing. In the end, unfortunately, it returns to a solid blue light and can't be found when I conduct a mesh test.
