wifi router setup not working

I tried setting up my nest wifi router and I probably did some mistake. All devices(1 router and two end points) show up in Google home, but I cant complete the setup

In that case, try this instead:

  1. Force close the Google Home app
  2. Open your phone's Wi-Fi settings and manually connect to setupxxxA.ybd
  3. Once connected, re-open the Google Home app and continue setup

To avoid issues, make sure both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and turned ON and turn OFF mobile data.

Are you following the steps described here? Can you tell us a little bit more about what you mean by can't complete the setup? What do you see in the app? Any errors?

Thanks David

When I goto Google home app,  it shows option for "Setup Nest Wifi router"

I choose home, (My home: address,)

Looking for devices ( I have disconnect power to all wifi extenders I have and only connect power to router)

It says "Nest Wifi router found - Would you to like to setup setupxxxA.ybd"

click next and it shows me "Scan the QR code"

Once I scan the QR code, it says

"google Home" wants to join wi-fi network "setupxxxA,ybd?

 

I select join and the error I get is 

"Connection failed: Couldn't connect to device. Try again to tap get help for more solutions"
