Hello,
To start I will like to say that I have used Yale locks at multiple locations and they have been amazing. I do Airbnb here and there and have a couple of multi-unit homes. I like to keep the locks under the same account. This makes managing the passcode resets and distribution súper simple. The problem is when you create a user, you cannot assign it to be able to open ONLY one lock or any assigned lock in a home. This obviously is a security concern that makes me want to just look at an alternative lock that has this capability. Now before doing that I’d like to mention that I love Nest smart home integrations and this is the main reason why I love your products. This is a highly requested feature, can you guys work on a feature request for us? I am a little disappointed with how this feature has not be put on development yet. I would definitely pay the extra bucks for this.
Best Regards,
Danny

I have the same issue. I purchased 9 locks for my new Bed and Breakfast believing that i was able to program each with it's unique code for guests. Turns out I can only have passcodes that works for all locks. Not happy. I am considering getting rid of my best locks and selecting another product. I hate to do that because my Home is a Google Home with all Google products. Unfortunately, Google is not giving me a good reason to stick with the nest Yale locks 🥺. Google team, please make this update!
