Hi All,
New system out of the box - Yale x Nest lock installed with initial code. Plugged in Connect and followed instructions but app can’t find Connect (so I can’t go to next step of app finding lock).
The location is between wifi and lock, and I tried the reset button. Any other ideas?

No luck for me. My issue is with Nest Connect and getting it connected to Wifi and the lock. I have reset several times, but it is still stuck w a green light. Tried many times connecting via the Home App but not successful. I beleive I created the issues by installing the lock-connect out of order. We have 4 locks so I really need to figure this out. Stuck w Green lights on connect that won't connect via the app! Any ideas?

I am sorry to hear you're still going through this! Have you tried to uninstall the locks, uninstall the connect and then install the connect and then see if you're still having the same experience.
