My Connect device has not been connecting to my lock since March 2. I have tried all of the troubleshooting options from Nest. Initially light pulsed blue, then went to yellow, never green. It now will pulse blue, but then goes off.
Hoping to get resolved soon, as other family members cannot use their passcodes.

This appears to be a regular thing. Nest Connect is absolutely horrible. The problem is even the August connect is really bad. Can't wi , we just are not quite ready for internet connected locks.

I assume you are having the same issue then? Has your issue been resolved at all? Have you tried to Factory Reset the device?
