We moved into a new house with an existing Nest and Yale lock set up. I have connected the Nest to the thermostat, but I cannot get the Yale lock to connect to the Nest Connect. The Next Connect light is green, the app is working, I'm not sure what I'm missing here.

I have the exact same situation! I spent 2 hours on the phone with a chat rep and a senior chat rep. No one has a solution. The protect is the issue, not the lock like many think it is. The protect should be pulsing blue while connecting. I just think that the Nest Protect just doesn’t work anymore. Which is highly annoying and inconvenient we only had it 2 years and barely touched the thing.

Similar problem with me. The lock will initially connect but then goes offline in the nest app. No help from Google support.
