Did anybody else never get the $200 Nest Secure Credit?

Had a Nest Secure system that I was happy with. When Google decided to discontinue support, we were told we'd get a $200 Google Store credit or an ADT offer. I never received the initial email, so I contacted support around November 2023 and was told my credit would arrive "in a few months". I still haven't received an email. I contacted support today and was told the offer had expired. Is there anything else I can do here? What good is a credit that Google never provided, even when I had contacted support with the issue?

Hi @dmmmack,

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry that you haven't received the promised credit card yet. Don't worry, I'm here to help.

To investigate this further, could you please provide your case ID? This will allow me to access your support history and check the status of your case more efficiently.

Please feel free to respond to this post with the necessary details.

Cheers,

Jonathan

I contacted support both times using the chat feature on support.google, so I'm unaware of where I would be able to find a case ID.
