My 8 week old camera is defective and Google will replace it. However, Google can’t or won’t replace it without the serial number. I had an electrician install it and I don’t have the box, the serial number or the hex key so Google can initiate the replacement process. The device is located above garage door making this process of removing it so I can find the serial number challenging. I did all the troubleshooting including removing the device from the app so I don’t have that option. I appreciate any assistance. Thank you
