I bought a Nest Guard in 2019, and it was replaced with a new device in 2021. When the announcement about Nest Secure being discontinued came, I was in the middle of a move and didn't have my Google Nest system connected. After setting everything up again, I didn't receive the required email to exchange the Guard system for an ADT system. The support doesn't seem to understand my issue, and I feel cheated since other customers are receiving replacement products, and I'm not. I would like to ask for help.
