Nest Guard (I think) missing wifi paring code

I think this is the closest fourm for this. 

I found a Nest Guard (I think) in the dumpster at my apartment. It's missing the wifi paring code and the wall mount. I have tried plugging it in to a computer, and it doesn't have a pli file as other links have mentioned, but it has a Playlist with Mac address UID key, serial number (07AA01AD421AD4217099Z),UID, and Node ID. No paring code.

Can anyone help with this? Photos below.

You are wasting your time, these will become bricks in April as Google is shutting down all services for them.
