Nest Guard no longer finds any WiFi network.

Had it for a little over 2 years. Works fine, until all of a sudden it said it was offline within the last week or so. And nothing will work, I’ve tried holding the 5 and resetting it. I’ve tried resetting my router, I also use the google mesh network by nest (reset that also). Need help to fixing it. 

What I’ve done:

manually tried to select “other network”

reset all modems and routers

Held the 5 down until reboot after everything

Also tried setting it up at neighbors to see if it would find there network

  • Do you still need help with this issue?
  • If you do, try following this Troubleshooting Guide and see if that does the trick!
  • Have you tried to Factory Reset the Nest Guard? Learn how here.

Having the exact same problem. It won’t find any network even if I take it to where my other nest works perfectly. All other devices in the house are completely fine

I did, I contacted support, gave the serial number and they just told me to send it back. It must be a Knute issue for a given batch or something
